| General terms |
| - You must have a website to subscribe.
- I reserve the right to change those terms of use whithout notice and to refuse membership.
- If one of my terms are not respected, I reserved the right to delete your membership whithout notice.
- You cannot share your username or password with anybody, your membership would be expired.
-No refund will be given
- You must put a member logo on your site and link in to http://fairycatspixels.net ( text link is also ok) in 7 days after joining,
I will verify it. If it is not made, your membership will be suspended until you add my logo.
- At the end of your membership, you must keep my logo on your site if you continue to use my creations.
- If you have a member area, you must give me acces. It is only to check that my terms are respected, not tu use your creations. |

| Tube licence |
| - The tubes license is personal. You cannot share it with anyone.
- The tubes license is a lifetime license but you must have an active membership to tube my outlines.
-
After you have coloured my outlines, you can make tubes for your
shop or member area. (please put a text link back to my site on the page where are the tubes).
- If you tube my dolls outlines or my bases, they must be totaly dressed. You cannot propose naked bases, whether it is in your member area or in packs of tubes.
- You cannot propose the tubes you made with my outlines with a AS IS license. If you propose the AS IS license to your members, thanks to specify that point on the page where are your tubes with my outlines. |
